Concept of the performance: Our performance plays with the notion of virtual assistants through subverting their roles and our relationship to them. Since their rise, virtual assistants have quickly infiltrated our daily lives with their human-sounding voices. Listening and talking to machines challenges our self-image as sounding bodies and probes nonhuman concepts of communication.
We invite the audience to join us in pondering on these subjects and eavesdrop to the interplay of bodies, voices and space.
